Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 200ml unsweetened almond milk
- 100g non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 50g raspberries
Instructions

Whisk chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla and maple syrup in a jar.
