Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 200ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 100g non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 50g raspberries

Instructions

    Whisk chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla and maple syrup in a jar.

    Stir well after 5 minutes to break up any clumps.
