Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 40g rolled oats
- 1 scoop (30g) vanilla whey protein
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Cooking spray
Instructions

Blend banana, oats, protein powder, egg whites, baking powder and cinnamon until smooth.

Let the batter rest for 2 minutes to thicken.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low and lightly mist with cooking spray.

Pour small pancakes, cook 2 minutes per side until golden and set.
