Ingredients
- 150g lean ground beef (95%)
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp pickles, chopped
- 1/4 red onion, sliced
- 30g shredded cheddar
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp ketchup, 1 tsp mustard
- Salt, pepper, paprika
Instructions

Season beef with salt, pepper and paprika. Cook in a hot skillet 5-6 minutes, breaking up.

Whisk yogurt, ketchup and mustard for the sauce.
