Ingredients

  • 400g non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 80g mixed berries
  • 20g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 10g chopped pistachios

Instructions

    Whisk yogurt, honey and vanilla. Spread on a parchment-lined tray, ~1cm thick.

    Scatter berries, dark chocolate and pistachios across the top.

    Freeze at least 4 hours, then break into 8 pieces. Store in the freezer.
