Ingredients

  • 1 large apple, cored
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp butter

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.

    Mix oats, walnuts, cinnamon, maple syrup and butter.

    Stuff the mixture into the cored apple and place in a small baking dish with 2 tbsp water.
